Color temperature is one of the main characteristics of led products used for lighting. The question often arises, what is it and how to choose the right color temperature? Color temperature is measured in degrees Kelvin and determines the "shade" of light emitted by the source (lamp or lamp), from warm, close to the incandescent lamp, giving "yellow" to cold white light (fluorescent white light lamps), giving in the blue region of the spectrum.
The approximate separation of the gradations of color temperature:
- 2700 К - 3000 К - warm white
- 3500 К - 4500 К - natural (normal) white
- 5000 К - 8000 К - cold white
LIC light intensity curve - a parameter that determines the angle of distribution of the luminous flux of the lamp. There are four main types of LIC:
- Cosine (C) 120°;
- Deep (D) 60°;
- Focused (F) 25°;
- Wide (W) 135° on the X-axis,
65° on the Y-axis.
The narrower the luminous flux of the lamp, the brighter the light spot on the illuminated surface and the smaller the diameter of the spot.
